Loose-lick

What to feed and when?
After cows have reached a live weight of 100kg. 1-2kg/calf/day to be fed in conjunction with as-lib hay or straw and good quality pasture
Why is DBC the Farmers Choice?
Waterproof, bioavailable minerals, no added flavourings.
Additional game-changing considerations:
If it rains, it’s not wasted. Phosphorus deficiency is heightened by feeding low mineral feeds like fodder beet on the shoulders of the seasons. For every litre of milk produced, 1g of phosphorus leaves a cow’s system. Animals that are offered little to no macro mineral supplementation must mine their own stores – this is especially true for stock grazing fodder beet. Phosphorus deficiency is associated with infertility, poor production, and poor appetite. Calves fed phosphorus deficient milk, weaned early, and then grazed on fodder beet are at a substantially higher risk of breaking their shoulders because phosphorus deficiency is directly associated with Calcium uptake.
